What does rubber mean? Many people understand this, but do they really understand it! Let's analyze it today. Rubber is a hot-melt elastomer, and plastic is a hot-melt cold set. Due to the different types of sulfides, there is a relative difference in the curing temperature range of rubber molding, and it may even change due to climate, indoor temperature or humidity. Therefore, the production conditions of rubber parts need to be properly adjusted at any time. If there is no such condition, the quality difference of rubber parts is likely to occur. Rubber parts are made of rubber raw materials and then mixed with collagen materials by internal mixer. During mixing, the formula needs to be designed according to the characteristics of rubber parts, and the hardness of products needs to be formulated. After the product is made and shaped, it is generally molded by the rubber flat vulcanizing machine. Rubber parts need to be pressed under great pressure when forming, and the cohesion of the elastomer cannot be eliminated. When forming and leaving the mold, it often produces great unstable shrinkage, which can only be gentle and stable after a period of time. Therefore, when designing rubber parts, both the formula and the mold need to be calculated carefully. If not, it is very easy to cause the size instability of rubber parts, resulting in the deterioration of the quality of rubber parts. |
